The university has agreed to let me run a philosophy school over the winter break: two intensive weeks of contemporary philosophy and popular culture! Sorry for that twitter craziness. The return of LoudTwitter was unexpected.

A strange couple of developments today: I've inadvertently managed to get onto the list of book reviewers for Feminist Legal Studies and my post-doc proposal has been given supportive redirection by various professors at UQ.

We shall see how this goes...

I just ran into an old friend from primary school, Chelsea. I did a multi-part series with Sophie Fiennes [sister of Ralph] called ''Pervert's Guide to Cinema." What I like is it's not about me. It's really about what psychoanalysis can tell us about cinema.
